The 2008 Komen NC Triad Race for the Cure will be held on May 3, 2008 at Salem College and Academy. Please visit race.komennctriad.org for more information and to start a team or register!On May 3, we will walk, we will run, we will celebrate, and we will remember the “why”. We will look across the sea of pink Survivor shirts and while we honor our Survivors, think, “no more”. It is a Race for the Cure. It is a race to fight a disease that will strike 1 in 8 women. It is a race against time and a race toward a better future. It is a race which we will run until we cross the final finish line and realize a world without breast cancer.
